This skilled nursing Home was way beyond my expectations. From the first time I was impressed with how friendly all of the employees were. That was unexpected by me. My brother was there several months. I was able to visit him every day and saw all the care and compassion the staff had for all the patients. When he went into Hospice Care. I used to ask the staff a lot of questions about Jim. I t didn’t matter if I ASKED at the desk, in an office or pushing a cart, housekeeping. Whoever I asked would stop what they were doing and helped me I could write a book about what great care me and my brother received. I can’t imagine any facility having better care than Sonoma Post Acute. Joe Graber

Excellent therapy department and clean gym.

Clean, kind, compassionate ,quality caregivers and good food. My husband was cared for for 10 days at this facility. He had PPA dementia. Not only was his care very good they did best to include me in their compassion at the saddest time of my life. Admissions, Nursing leadership listened, as needs arose. The last food I was able to feed my husband was cream puffs- his favorite. I recommend this facility. It is also upbeat and positive because large amount of folks look forward to going home after therapy treatment- Positive vib. Thanks folks. Especially nursing CNA’s Nancy Manning
