Today, I am leaving SRPAC after a month’s stay. For the most part, it has been a pleasent experience. The food is fairly good and the care, especially PT/OT and Social Workers, are excellent. Most of my CNA’s went above and beyond with a few exceptions. Thanks for taking such great care of me,

This skilled nursing Home was way beyond my expectations. From the first time I was impressed with how friendly all of the employees were. That was unexpected by me. My brother was there several months. I was able to visit him every day and saw all the care and compassion the staff had for all the patients. When he went into Hospice Care. I used to ask the staff a lot of questions about Jim. I t didn’t matter if I ASKED at the desk, in an office or pushing a cart, housekeeping. Whoever I asked would stop what they were doing and helped me I could write a book about what great care me and my brother received. I can’t imagine any facility having better care than Sonoma Post Acute. Joe Graber
