Clean, kind, compassionate ,quality caregivers and good food. My husband was cared for for 10 days at this facility. He had PPA dementia. Not only was his care very good they did best to include me in their compassion at the saddest time of my life. Admissions, Nursing leadership listened, as needs arose. The last food I was able to feed my husband was cream puffs- his favorite. I recommend this facility. It is also upbeat and positive because large amount of folks look forward to going home after therapy treatment- Positive vib. Thanks folks. Especially nursing CNA’s Nancy Manning

If I could give zero stars, I would. Santa Rosa Post Acute feels severely understaffed, poorly maintained, and disorganized. My father was repeatedly not helped in a timely manner with basic hygiene and cleaning needs, despite multiple requests. Staff often seemed to ignore or delay even simple care tasks. Communication is extremely poor and follow-through feels inconsistent at best. The facility itself also looks neglected, with worn-out furniture and an overall sense of being underfunded. During my visits, I personally saw cockroaches, which was shocking and unacceptable in a medical care setting. Even basic logistics like parking are a hassle due to very limited spaces. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for patient care or cleanliness. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Santa Rosa Post-Acute was recently remodeled, with significant upgrades including new furnishings throughout the building. While parking can be limited at times, this is largely due to maintaining a fully staffed team dedicated to resident care, something we are proud of. We remain committed to providing a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
